PHOTOGRAPH
This composition is composed of three photos which are all about the architecture among river Thames, which creates a strong nihility fleeing because of the long history.
For the composition, I use a straight line to divide the space, and also the old architecture itself has a mottled texture which created vicissitudes of history.

I also create another composition, but this one is more inclined to experiment with a stream-of-consciousness than a geometry composition.

(actually, I don’t know whether it works…… )
I use a sequence of photos that I shot in Tate Britain to create a vaporwave-style (a style that uses the contrast between history and modernity to reflect a fear of an unknown future) feeling photo. For the composition, I just used a curve between the ladder and arch to divide the picture.

In this rotation, I think the most important thing I learned is to use time to observe objects.
Initially, I have no idea how to shoot an abstract photo, but when I spend a long time glaring at something, I finally know it just because I’m taking photos intend of taking photos I’m just shooting the things I’m not interested in, also, not sincerely observing it.
I think these photos are better than the first time I shoot, but I still don’t know whether I got the point to shoot the abstract photo 🙁

FEEDBACK AFTER CRITIC
I think I got at least 80% to the question “how to define a photograph whether or not abstract enough” “what should we study in this lesson” “how to distinguish collage,stream-of-consiousness photo, abstract photograph” after the critic. I finally realized it was not the abstract photograph too hard to understand just because my English sucks when I watched the playback of the course and understand every sentence ben said. such as it seems as if or it feels as if and the other sentence: no work will be admitted in which the interest of the subject than the appreciation of extraordinary also means the same.
