SKETCHING&DRAWING

This is a mediocre narrative article (or diary?)for the sketching process. pretty like an elementary school’s student journal.

We went to Tate modern to draw. Firstly, I try to draw some human beings, but they move so fast that I can’t clearly see their structure. so I change my strategy to draw some sculptures because they never move.

This is the first drawing. I think it is pretty joyful to just sit down and observe objets，I like the feeling when I calm down and then, start to think about how to design the things I see.

After I have drawn this picture, I found that another place has some people who don’t move ( actually these two are my classmates, they don’t move just because they are drawing )

For the final work, chose my first draw as a background, then add a museum stuff and a wimpy kid.

I just randomly make a story, if there would be some reference in there,

REFLECTION

I think I am lazy in this rotation and do not draw too much (or perhaps it is just because I am addicted to Animal Farm so I don’t have enough time to finish my homework). but I think I got a nice experience when I drew outside. Unlike some of the people in my country, I think people in British prefer don’t comment on your technical drawing skill although they think it’s ugly.

(I think my drawing is just acceptable)

So…….the only way to deal with the unsatisfied is just going out side, and draw more……………………….and don’t waste time……………………………….
